I enjoyed the charming decor and comfortable canopy bed in our room. The location right across from the Duomo is spectacular. Bledi, the manager, provided us with a city map marked with key sites, which made exploring easy. The daily tidying service kept the room fresh, and the espresso maker was a nice touch. Wi-Fi was a bit inconsistent, but it worked fine for casual browsing. A minor downside was the difficulty in finding the hotel entrance. Additionally, no breakfast included without extra cost became a slight inconvenience. Overall, the unique atmosphere made up for some hiccups.

I had a nice stay here. The shower was surprisingly huge, which was fantastic! I was also impressed by the cozy and warm room. I’d totally come back here again!

The location was fantastic! We walked right out to the Duomo, surrounded by shops and cafes. The staff were incredibly accommodating, helping us with a comfortable cot for our child. The bed was super cozy, making our family stay enjoyable.

My kids wished for more breakfast options.

The Superior Double Room was cozy and had a unique charm with its older style furniture. The view of the Duomo right from the window was breathtaking. Also, the large shower cabin was a pleasant surprise and felt quite spacious. However, it could get a bit noisy with street sounds, especially late at night.
